Teseq China has moved into new offices in Beijing in Mai 2007. The new office is
located at the east side of Beijing which is only ten minutes away from “forbidden city” - the centre of Beijing. Comparing to the old office location, now most of our Beijing team member have reduced 10-20% of time for travelling to work.
The removal process was just taken for roughly 1 day. This high efficiency was the result of careful planning by Poon and the weeks of effort of the whole teams.
Everyone was under great pressure during the pre-removal period because there were two other marketing campaigns planning running at the same time. However after everyone saw the proper setup of the new office, everybody agreed that it was worth spending some effort on it. The new office is carefully designed and it‘s twice the size of the old one and everyone now has more personal space. At the moment, the new office can accommodate up to 9 staff, but there is enough space for
expanding. One of the best parts is the new conference room. The new conference room can easily have 12 people sitting comfortably. Other than just for internal meeting, it is intended to be used for customer training. In order to improve our after sales service capability in China, the new workshop has also been properly planned and there is enough space reserved for different repairing facilities. Another purpose of this spacious workshop is for live demonstrations. New demo units are all on their way to Beijing and will be placed in the workshop. So in the next few months of time, Teseq China will have all the facilities for classroom training as well as hands-on training available. The furniture in the new office is specially selected. Especially the office chairs, they are all in the theme of red and black that creates a sense of consistence with our Teseq logo! The best of the office, no one would argue about, is that there is far more sunlight due to the glassy curtain wall design of the building itself. During daytime everyone prefers to enjoy the natural sunlight instead of wasting energy and costs for unnecessary lighting.
Teseq China team believes, the new office will definitely be one of the favorite touring spot in Beijing to our all our customers in China.
